In the winter season, from mid December until mid March, we can only accept bookings for whole weeks (Saturday – Saturday) except in the case of last minute bookings.
Booking terms
Booking terms:
- Bookings made are normally for up to the standard occupancy. Every further person will be charged at 30 Euro / night.
- Bookings from mid December until the end of March are only possible for whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
- Short stays possible for Last Minute bookings. Please enquire, we will gladly also send you individual quotes for weekend stays.
- Arrival is possible from 15:00. Earlier arrivals only possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us without fail before your arrival!
- Departure by 10:00.
- No house pets allowed.
Payment terms
- Only by bank transfer to our account without deductions at least three working weeks before arrival or on the date as stated on your booking confirmation, whichever is the earlier.
- Sorry but we cannot accept Bankomat- or Creditcard payments.
- Booking deposit 30% of total booking price within 5 days of making the booking. Remaining payment – to reach our account without deduction 2 months before arrival.
- In the case of last minute bookings – Entire amount by bank transfer within 3 working days and the payment confirmation slip to be printed out and presented on arrival.
STORNO BEDINGUNGEN / CANCELLATION TERMS
Folgende Stornogebühren gelten in unserem Betrieb:
– bis 3 Monate vor dem Ankunftstag kann eine Buchung gebührenfrei storniert werden
– bis 1 Monat vor dem Ankunftstag ist 40% vom gesamten Preis zu zahlen
– bis 1 Woche vor dem Ankunftstag ist 70% vom gesamten Preis zu zahlen
– in der letzten Woche vor dem Ankunftstag ist 90% vom gesamten Preis zu zahlen
– ab dem Anreisetag und bei ‘No Show’ ist 100% vom gesamten Preis zu zahlen
Falls Sie ein Bedenken haben, ob Sie die Reise antreten können, würden wir Ihnen eine Reisestornoversicherung empfehlen.
The following cancellation fees apply in our establishment:
– up to 3 months before the arrival date, a booking can be cancelled free of charge
