Both of our holiday apartment houses are found in the Kirchboden part of Wagrain, directly next to the ski slopes and the hiking routes. All of the apartments offer not only comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, but also fully equipped kitchens and dining areas. There is also enough private parking for each apartment, WiFi internet and cable-TV, as well as several communal ski-cellars with heated boot racks available in the houses. Adding to the atmosphere you have excellent views of the Alpine panorama, viewed from the balconies or terraces that that are accessed from the various apartments. Put your feet up and breathe in the fresh air at Brownies Apartments Wagrain.
All guests at Brownies Apartments Wagrain are able to ENJOY FREE ENTRY to the swimming baths for the whole day during good weather in the summer and 3 hours per day in the winter season at ‘WASSERWELT Wagrain’ only 300 metres away. The sauna area only costs a couple of euros extra per person.

House Oliver is made up of three wonderful holiday apartments, complete with communal ski cellar which serves as a secure garage for mountain bikes in the summer. In total up to 21 persons can be accommodated. In the two smaller apartments there is space for five persons in one and four persons in the other apartment. The larger apartment offers enough space for between six and ten persons and even has its own small ski cellar with heated boot rack for complete independance. From House Oliver you also have direct access to the ski slope and the ski school is literally 15 metres away! The garden and terrace with panoramic views is an enormous bonus for any summer holiday!
There is even a washing machine in house Andre next door for guests to use. Drying racks are readily available.
In combination with House Andre next door Brownies Apartments Wagrain can accommodate up to 60 persons in the 10 generously spaced apartments!

House Andre is made up of six spacious holiday apartments. In total up to 39 persons can be accommodated here, whereby each apartment accommodates at least four persons right up to eight persons in the biggest ones.
Ideal for families because of its location at the very edge of the village, House Andre is quiet and spacious, it enjoys the ability to accommodate large families with several generations or groups of family friends who want to be able to enjoy hiking in the mountains or getting straight onto the ski slopes without having to change into your boots in a car park or struggle in traffic trying to get there.
Another great advantage for families is that the ski school is right next to the house. From several apartments you can watch your children at the ski school from your apartment windows or balcony.
There is even a washing machine and drying racks in one of the ski cellars for those needing to clean clothes.
Up to 60 people can be accommodated when booked in combination with House Oliver next door. Brownies Apartments Wagrain can therefore accommodate larger families with several generations in the 10 generously spaced apartments!
